The German Winegrowers’ Association (Deutscher Weinbauverband e. V.) in Bonn will present the INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA Innovation Award 2010 in Stuttgart at the International Technology Trade Fair of Wine, Fruit, Fruit Juice and Spirits INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA. As the organiser of the INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA, the German Winegrowers’ Association will honour outstanding innovations which contribute to progress in the wine, fruit, fruit juice and spirits industries. The INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA Innovation Award 2010 will be awarded for processing methods, technical products and services in the following four categories:
Cultivation and harvesting for grapes and fruit
Processing and process for wine, fruit juice and spirits
